STEP 1: Capture Your Photos

Follow these guidelines to take your color-matching photos:

  • Take your photos indoors, facing a well-lit window.
  • Switch off all artificial lighting, including lamps and down lights.
  • Ensure your entire face and hair are visible in the frame (rest assured, your photos will remain private).
  • Review your photos to confirm that your hair color appears as it does in real life.

What NOT to do:

  • Avoid taking photos with your back to the window.
  • Don't use bathroom lighting for your photos.
  • Refrain from using artificial lights.
  • Outdoor photos won't provide accurate color matching.
  • Old photos from your camera roll won't work.
  • Don't take photos in dim or poorly lit spaces.
  • Keep your photos uncropped for the best results.
  • Avoid taking photos from too far away.
  • Make sure curtains and blinds are open for natural light.

STEP 3: Wait for Your Colour Match

Once you've submitted your colour matching photos, we'll assess your photos and suggest the best product and colour for you.

Typically, you'll receive your colour match within 24-72 hours.
